Change Story

A change management narrative that addresses the emotional and rational objections people face when asked to change. Establish the burning platform, explain why the timing is urgent, show the chosen path and the alternatives it was chosen over, make the stakes concrete for the organization, the team, and individuals, and close on a shared vision in which the audience is the protagonist. The tone is motivational and empathetic: it acknowledges that change is hard while building conviction. Best for organizational change, transformation announcements, restructuring communications, and all-hands meetings; typical decks run 8-15 slides.
