Identity of a catalog: an HTTPS URL ('https://www.pptx.gallery') or a package reference ('pkg:@acme/opf-catalog'). It names the catalog; engines never fetch or install it. A host registers the catalog's records under this exact string, and copying slides between documents matches groups by it.
