# Final package and site adoption — 2026-10-16 14:54 UTC

[Core #694](https://github.com/OpenPresentation/opf/pull/694) normally merged as [`1779821b`](https://github.com/OpenPresentation/opf/commit/1779821bc3ffa4a92721974641ac5495d3ddc4f0), with the exact reviewed 24-path tree and patch. [Core #695](https://github.com/OpenPresentation/opf/pull/695) normally merged as [`b6a85073`](https://github.com/OpenPresentation/opf/commit/b6a85073ddceda4f2ade0e01510555654ad9f3ef). Its sole parent delta is the reviewed official lock; the complete combined 25-path source preserves all 24 plan/harness files. The existing RR-85 criterion is complete; the broader program and RR-86 remain active.

The verified package set is Core **0.20.3**, renderer **0.20.2**, PPTX/editor **0.20.3**, CLI **0.20.0** and Gallery **3.0.0**. The unchanged canonical registry producer passed at the reviewed final plan. Package publishers, signatures, SLSA and artifact identities remain separate from documentation and site source revisions.

All three final site deployments and normal source integrations are accepted:

Each merge has the accepted complete tree and patch. Gallery’s build remains attributed to `d94ad394`, before its README-only descendant `09a3b5c9`. Main’s build remains attributed to its recorded base plus exact qualified patch, whose bytes match source `ae6e4897`; documentation snapshot `bbdef804` is distinct from Core publisher `28a65e01`. No old build is relabeled. Gallery’s 28 authored documents and canonical catalog remain exact; its auxiliary decimal API oracle is the exact sealed compiled serialization, with the earlier source/compiled difference retained.

[Official parent 38898626339](https://github.com/OpenPresentation/opf/actions/runs/38898626339) completed successfully. Its output binds generated head `c05bdd06`, sources `0414/837d/e0a6/c0d4`, the unchanged golden, 12 successful child jobs and five conditional skips. The expected token PR-creation 403 was recovered as normal one-lock [Core #695](https://github.com/OpenPresentation/opf/pull/695). Merged [Core #694](https://github.com/OpenPresentation/opf/pull/694) contains the reviewed final plan and static test-support archive repair; its original failure remains evidence. Core #695 actually merged as `b6a85073`, tree `e8367b24`; its one-lock patch `457cd9b6` and lock blob `7be0acba` are exact. The combined 25-path patch is `0d462bff`, all 24 Core #694 paths remain byte-exact, and the clean primary advanced only by fast-forward. This satisfies the existing RR-85 criterion under the supervisor’s scoped authorization; the broader release-readiness program remains active.

RR-86 remains **in progress**. Draft [PPTX #277](https://github.com/OpenPresentation/opf-pptx/pull/277) now points to `cf29adb1`; accepted 154-file source, packed/browser/default-byte and 17-preview results remain attributed to frozen `1a84a71b`. They are not requalified as the successor. Nine actual Body shapes/five required witnesses, `roundTripEqual:false` and all **44 measured / 37 native** findings remain literal. The new four-artifact registry identity seal passed; actual published PPTX 0.20.3 then refused native17 at K02 (zero Body placeholders, one required), producing no suite. That refusal is not native success. Positive future registry Body proof and fresh Mac editing qualification remain pending. The separately dated 14:40:24 UTC Keynote availability receipt again found the Mac locked; no native testcase was entered. Earlier failed automatic-unlock evidence remains retained. Windows remains on human **HOLD**.

The latest complete census is dated **13:48:45 UTC: 10 open PRs, seven drafts and 42 issues**. Later merges and PR changes are overlays, not a new census. Preserve all 42 dated issue decisions, original 84 criteria, the RR-85 criterion, original 40/40 handoff, historical checkpoints and failures. Compact source, production and artifact bindings are in [checkpoint.json](checkpoint.json); no runtime, tracker or release change is proposed.
