Windows `pnpm test:e2e` invoked `node scripts/start-standalone.mjs --hostname 127.0.0.1 --port 4325`. At 19:45:08.712 UTC it reported `EPERM: operation not permitted, stat` for `D:\a\pptx-dev\pptx-dev\.next\standalone\node_modules\.pnpm\next@16.3.5_@babel+core@7.2_620aa7aa2232a0f82d57635d189e7ba9\node_modules\react`; Playwright's webServer exited 1. This is a startup failure, **not 39 failed browser cases**. Both Windows artifact uploads found no files; the final run artifact API returns zero artifacts. No trace, ZIP/CRC or readiness timing record exists to inspect. The exact dependency-link filesystem cause is not established by this receipt. This failure is distinct from the original `60c91f6` Windows browser resource-delay timeout and from the prior `57e5e59` evidence-file typecheck failure. Neither earlier outcome is overwritten or relabeled.

The committed [source/evidence audit](committed-source-audit.json) passed: 119 changed files since `60c91f6` match Git, all 305 captured source inputs match both `57e5e59` and `6dfc258`, both archived specs were renamed to `.ts.txt` without byte changes, all 105 evidence manifest entries (106 files including the manifest) and 100 provenance copies match. The bundle manifest SHA-256 is `e4399e2d0344f38d01b93ebcda6a2cda46bcb722c0eed810776255a9334da6c2`. No executable archived TypeScript remains in that bundle. The prior-head 21-file audit was reverified unchanged with manifest `2521b5fb9f1bfd56f8356a02a3641d261064eacb3cd9d2c68ff1d935fbf7b87c`.

[Preview metadata](preview-initial.json) binds `dpl_CDcgpgLm4UYSahkzFAiY9qwocRCR` / `pptx-h53j25a7q-dataadvantage.vercel.app` to exact `6dfc258` and **READY**. This is preview metadata only; no browser or production acceptance is implied. The [final combined status](commit-status-final.json) also reports Vercel deployment success. The corrected-head [check runs](check-runs-final.json) contain only the two application jobs, and the [PR reviews response](reviews-final.json) is empty: no current-head automated or submitted PR review is claimed. Prior-head Bugbot usage-limit output is historical.

The [artifact-compatibility workflow](artifact-workflow.yml.txt) tests Python wheel/source-distribution upload and download. Its path filters match none of this patch's changed paths, it has no manual-dispatch trigger, and it did not run for this correction: **not triggered/not applicable, not a fresh pass**. Unchanged OPF train acceptance remains a separate recorded gate.

[release-audit.json](release-audit.json) contains machine-readable identities and outcomes. The outer `SHA256SUMS.json` covers every file in this directory except itself. Original logs/API responses remain private audit evidence; no credentials were read or recorded. No code changes, browser runs, workflow reruns, merges, deployments or Office actions occurred in this audit. **App54 release acceptance remains held; overall native/font and other required goal gates remain open.**
