# Inspector current actions checkpoint — 21 September 2026

This checkpoint separates accepted core/native evidence, current production and the held App54 candidate. Package versions stay core 0.11.0, CLI/renderer 0.9.0, PPTX 0.9.1 and editor 0.8.0 on Node 24. Issue 88 and the overall goal remain open.

## Core source and CI

Accepted core104 `3d301f1bef2c5d55e7e2a58f1aa53632d9ec8ab1` matches reviewed tree `b05d325025d72def9afe2f5c70039f3ae416a249` and retains all 60 reviewed blobs. [Exact postmerge receipt](core104/REPORT.md) records first-attempt OPF 35643637673 SUCCESS and coordinated 35643638022 CANCELLED. The canceled job reached installed-tarball browser work; later stages were skipped. Workflow concurrency and timing support supersession, without identifying a cancellation actor. Do not relabel it successful.

Accepted descendant core105 `84e914710520a7b0e777fce30e5758ee64a64924`, tree `0317915dcb7b1e4a29eb8a3503b7be4ed7bb6d00`, directly descends from core104 and preserves those 60 blobs. [Its separate receipt](core105/REPORT.md) records first-attempt OPF 35644048902 and coordinated 35644048907 SUCCESS under Node 24.20.0. [Release audit](core105/release-audit.json) binds clean primary/remote identities and frozen prior audits. No reruns were requested.

Accepted core106 `3847f712ccb2379952bcc8ab7c9fdbaedfd0a4ce` adds the Windows supervisor's bounded tab/Carlito evidence and updates the native acceptance roadmap. Its OPF/coordinated premerge runs 35647284713/35647284684 and postmerge runs 35648525334/35648525363 all passed on their first attempts. An additive merge preserves all 163 accepted evidence files and the roadmap. The [compact receipt](core106/acceptance-receipt.json) binds source identities, captured CI and the offline verifier, which passes 162 inventory hashes and ten PPTX CRC/XML controls with zero Office calls; these checks do not repeat or extend the native controls.

## Native scope

Core105 adds the existing [native B/C bundle](../windows-native-edits-20260921/README.md). Its offline verification passes 516 hashed inventory files and 56 PPTX CRC/XML/font-program checks. [Scope receipt](core105/native-scope-checkpoint.json) records nine applicable semantic cases and 21 verified visual hash references; the audit did not repeat Office behavior or visual inspection.

B covers finite picture/furniture changes, current-content provenance import and safe fallback. C covers production notes order plus two refused reordered variants. UI picture replacement changes geometry; longer header text clips; duplicated tagged headers overlap. Failed refusal-worker cleanup is retained separately from later empty-workspace observations. The B/C bundle excludes the later D/E controls; its original scope receipt remains unchanged. [PPTX47 status](core104/pptx47-ownership-checkpoint.json) records accepted 8c7908e7 and green Linux/Windows pre/post CI without changing npm pins.

The accepted [core106 tab/Carlito checkpoint](../windows-native-tabs-fonts-20260921/README.md) reports native tab target error 0.022655487060546875pt and tab/literal difference 0.022678375244140625pt, both above the unchanged 0.02pt gate. The bounded four-face Carlito edit/save/reopen control passes exact text/style persistence, zero observed bounds drift, matching rasters, both owned closes and removal of all four owned font registrations. Separate non-Office failure/timeout controls remove eight additions. Physical glyph-font identity, fallback/synthesis, embedding and mixed-size table fidelity remain open; embedding was disabled. The [PPTX48/49 receipt](core106/pptx48-49-ownership-checkpoint.json) records both source harnesses merged with first-attempt pre/post CI, remote main `9e8a381` and unchanged npm 0.9.1; source delivery does not broaden native acceptance. The Windows supervisor retains sole Office control; this task performs no Office/COM work.

## Application source, local checks and held final tree

Production remains App53 `e40c287b64fcbcfb85fb4a8a50641aea8e3e54a8`, exact canonical 29/29. Its Linux postmerge 28/29 failure and the original App54 Windows 30/31 failure remain [historical evidence](../inspector-share-acceptance-20260921/README.md), not replaced by later local success.

The App54 product correction was added at `57e5e59fddbc94346f142dc12d86a916228bf2ae`, tree `d9c3aab543c6a886a85c6ec07dd55e5ab22590cd`, with 106 verified committed files, including the reviewed 93-file evidence bundle. [Commit receipt](app54/commit-receipt.json) and [root bundle audit](app54/root-bundle-review.json) bind it. [Immutable application evidence](https://github.com/Data-Advantage/pptx-dev/tree/57e5e59fddbc94346f142dc12d86a916228bf2ae/docs/evidence/inspector-action-snapshots-20260921) retains the original failed trace archives and detailed outputs without duplicating their large contents here.

The reviewed product adds explicit current-source action snapshots, public pending-draft commits and recovery-aware rejection handling, alongside the earlier automatic publication guard. Portable standalone startup includes assets/fonts/traced schema inputs. [Local acceptance](app54/acceptance-receipt.json) records 692 units, 7 standalone controls, focused 8/8 and full 39/39 in 113.565407s, zero retries, on Node 24.21.0. [Source review](app54/root-source-review.md), [screenshots](app54/root-final-visual-review.json) and [test-boundary review](app54/root-test-boundary-review.json) preserve limits: semantic URLs, accepted-buffer byte preservation, CRLF paste normalization, local mocked PDF/Deckchat, and no retroactive cancellation of an already-started side effect.

The runtime build preceded evidence curation. [First-attempt CI 35645493900](app54/first57-ci/REPORT.md) failed Linux/Windows typecheck after both passed 692 units and 7 standalone controls: archived `.spec.ts` copies were discovered as executable TypeScript with unresolved relative helper imports. Build/browser steps were skipped and no artifacts uploaded. Exact-head preview 57e5e59 failed with `module_not_found`; precise Vercel compiler lines were unavailable, so its cause is not inferred from GitHub errors. The local 39/39 result does not accept that failed committed tree.

Captured App54 head `6dfc2584698c1306505929a2bc3e427996d66563`, tree `f3279495f7685945b7541c90d24f7239407639a0`, corrects those archives. [The correction receipt](app54/corrected6df/commit-receipt.json) and [final audit](app54/corrected6df/final-audit.json) bind byte-identical `.ts.txt` renames, 305 unchanged product/test inputs and local final-tree typecheck success. [Captured immutable app evidence](https://github.com/Data-Advantage/pptx-dev/tree/6dfc2584698c1306505929a2bc3e427996d66563/docs/evidence/inspector-action-snapshots-20260921) contains 106 files, including 13 packaging-failure receipts.

**Acceptance remains held.** [Exact-head CI 35646213757](app54/corrected6df/ci/REPORT.md), attempt 1, passed frozen install, audit, 692 units, seven standalone controls, app/SDK typechecks and build on both platforms under Node 24.20.0. Linux passed **39/39** browser cases. Windows executed **zero browser tests**: standalone startup failed with `EPERM` while statting its packaged React dependency link, so Playwright's webServer exited 1. There are no uploaded test-result or timing artifacts. This startup failure is distinct from the original 60c Windows resource-delay timeout; its precise filesystem cause is not established by this receipt. No rerun was requested.

[Preview metadata](app54/corrected6df/ci/preview-initial.json) binds exact 6dfc258 to READY deployment `dpl_CDcgpgLm4UYSahkzFAiY9qwocRCR`; it is neither a browser acceptance nor a production deployment. No automated or submitted PR review is claimed for that captured head. At this checkpoint App54 remains unmerged and undeployed to production; App53 `e40c287` remains canonical. The frozen first-attempt receipts preserve all three distinct App54 outcomes.

The unreleased [startup-link correction at 4338e57](https://github.com/Data-Advantage/pptx-dev/blob/4338e57b951c469d5c5f239b78a303fbad3c745e/docs/evidence/standalone-windows-links-20260921/README.md) is undergoing fresh platform verification. A separate suggestion-details candidate remains local, uncommitted and unreleased. Neither changes the captured 6df CI result or establishes native or production acceptance.

## Integrity and open work

[Provenance](provenance.json) records byte-exact copies, including all 29 files of the corrected CI audit and its original manifest. Native evidence is already accepted in this checkout; application browser evidence is linked at immutable commits. No historical evidence is edited. The [verification receipt](verification.json) covers hashes, links and the documentation-only scope. This checkpoint records CI observations without claiming new canonical-browser, Office or external service acceptance.

Preset Undo all correction remains unapplied pending its separately requested approval; broader Author writer/imported-file/account/agent/metadata boundaries and suggestion-details clipping remain separate. Native/font and required repair gates stay open. The five geometry drafts remain deferred as a coordinated set, with site 40 not independently shipped. SVG/Mermaid and selectable PDF remain later work. Fresh applicable CI, deployment binding and canonical browser acceptance are required for an app release.
