# Final handoff audit — September 15, 2026

The audit found no local-only branch commits across all seven repositories,
no stashes and no uncommitted source changes. All valid registered worktrees
had remote-preserved heads. One old untracked node_modules symlink was removed
without touching its target; a stale native-review worktree has no git metadata
and was not treated as an active source checkout. Generated dependencies,
build outputs and transient diagnostics are not project source to commit.

All four unfinished runtime checkpoints were pushed to archive branches and
verified with ls-remote before their original PRs were converted into roadmap
changes. The archive manifest records full immutable commit IDs and validated
main bases. Final PR diffs restore runtime, tests, manifests, lockfiles and CI
to those accepted mains, adding only roadmap/handoff documentation and evidence.
The original implementations and test histories remain recoverable.

registry.json records a fresh npm latest-version lookup. The two archived
failure logs retain the actual final renderer native-metric failure and editor
13-versus-10 aggregate coverage assertion. Earlier complete local/package/site
verification is in ../pr-consolidation-20260915 and the archived checkpoints.
A merge of the final roadmap PRs does not ship the archived features or publish
